Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provide and is very strong in delivering end-to-end advantages in telecom networks, devices and cloud computing. Their products and solutions have been deployed in over 140 countries, serving more than one third of the world?s population.

Tasks

Participating in bid teams, specify and write solutions (For example: Implementation and integration, Planning & Design, Optimization, Support, Noc, Field Maintenance, Spare parts Management services etc), setting service sales and pricing strategy, drawing up the financial goals leading to a decision to send the offer to the customer. Create the solutions leading to a profitable solution and an optimal match between offered products and market/customer requirements and keeps close contacts with Services development and services delivery department. Work with and manage 3rd parties who provide components and/or services as part of our total solution from Customer Buy-In to Contract Execution phase. Therefor we are looking for a Consultant with the combination of telecom knowledge and outsourcing experience within a telecom environment.

Skills

Has knowledge of customers and competitors in the telco market. Knows the market logic and how to create customer value. Is able to create professional business cases and competitive analysis. Knowledge of communication networks, solution design and architecture. Knowledge about the operator?s implementation, provisioning, O&M and support processes. Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) internally and externally with all kind of target groups including customers on different levels up to CxO-level. Good presentation and solution knowledge skills in order to promote services and solutions to our internal organization and our customers. Has good understanding of the methodologies used in the telecom and IT business environment like the eTOM model, CMM, CMMI, ITIL, etc.
